As event management services are customized and involve advance vendor commitments, refunds are governed by this policy.
1. Booking Advance
Booking advances are generally non-refundable because planning, scheduling, and vendor commitments begin immediately after confirmation.
2. Cancellation by Client
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be determined after deducting:
- Planning costs
- Administrative expenses
- Vendor advances
- Venue booking charges
- Government permission fees
- Artist or performer booking charges
- Decoration and production costs
- Taxes already paid where non-refundable under applicable law
3. Event Postponement
Where feasible, the Company may reschedule an event instead of cancelling it. Additional charges may apply based on vendor policies and revised arrangements.
4. Cancellation by the Company
If the Company is unable to perform due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, and no suitable alternative can be provided, eligible payments received for unperformed services shall be refunded after deducting any non-recoverable third-party expenses already incurred.
5. Force Majeure
No refund shall be payable for cancellations, delays, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, war, civil disturbances, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events. Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after verification and approval, using the original payment method where practicable or by bank transfer.
