4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Written acceptance by the client; and
- Receipt of the agreed advance payment.
5. Payments
Payment schedules shall be as agreed in the quotation or contract.
Delayed payments may result in postponement, suspension, or cancellation of services.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client shall:
- Provide accurate information.
- Obtain approvals where required.
- Cooperate throughout planning and execution.
- Make payments on time.
7. Changes
Changes requested after confirmation may attract additional charges depending on vendor commitments and work completed.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation charges shall depend upon the stage of planning, vendor commitments, and expenses already incurred.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, photographs, concepts, designs, presentations, website content, and promotional materials created by the Company remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant services, except where prohibited by law.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, governmental actions, transportation failures, or similar circumstances.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manipur.
